The Delinquent Tax Bill List

The list will be published on July 3rd, 2025 in the Grant County News and in the link below. Tax bill list is updated frequently, if you are seeing a version older than one week, please clear the cache from your browser and try again.

Please note that any bill may be paid by the Taxpayer (Owner) by the deadline of August 2nd, 2025 by 12:00pm ET. Payments are not accepted by a taxpayer on the morning of the sale. Third Party Purchasers may research the list prior to the sale, bills that are priority bills are not indicated on the list.

Third-party purchasers-Registration Deadline is the close of business on July 25, 2025.

All third party purchasers who meet the following conditions must register with the Department of Revenue:

• You plan to purchase more than three certificates of delinquency in a county;
• You plan to purchase more than five certificates of delinquency statewide; or
• You plan to invest more than $10,000 in certificates of delinquency Register with the Commonwealth of Kentucky
